Tropical Protein Smoothie Popsicles
 
Recipe
  • 1 scoop dotFIT Unflavored protein powder
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • peeled kiwis
  • 1/2 cup of Dole Fruit & Veggie Frozen Smoothie Mix
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 3/4 cup of OJ  *Option, you can whatever liquid you want!
Directions
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place in paper cups, cover with aluminum foil, poke popsicle stick/s through the foil and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
*Makes about 12 popsicles, depending on the size of the cup and sample testers
