Green Machine Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond/Coconut/Milk
½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Frozen Banana (Frozen makes is creamier)
1 Tblspn Peanut Butter
2 Cups Spinach
1 cup of Ice Cubes
2 Scoops of Unflavored Whey Smooth or Pre/Post Unflavored Protein Powder

Directions:
Blend milk, yogurt, banana, peanut butter, spinach, protein powder and ice cubes until smooth.
