Recipe

  • One 1 oz envelope Swiss Mocha coffee mix (or your favorite instant coffee mix)
  • 1 drop peppermint extract
  • 1  1/2 cups nonfat, 2% or whole milk (or any milk substitute of your choice)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice as desired for a thicker shake.
