I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

If you click on the “person” icon in the top right hand corner of the website, you will see the “Forgot Password” button.  Click that, then it will take you to the next screen to enter your email address and send you your password (Make sure to check your Spam/Junk Folder)!

 

How do I reset my password?

Click on the “Hamburger Icon” (3 horizontal lines in the top left hand side of the website) and then click on “My Account.”  Then click on the first box, “My Info.”  Here you can edit your password and your billing/shipping profiles!

 

How can I order dotFIT products online?

Two ways:

  • If you would like to create your program to receive your customized recommendation, do so and then click on the “Your Dietary Support” button on the Summary Overview.  This will then provide you a bundle based upon your goal and the Advanced Recommendation for a more detailed approach.  On any of the products, just click “Add to Shopping Cart.”  When you are ready to checkout, click on the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the website and you will be asked if you would like to make any of your orders recurring as well as confirming the order itself.  Then you will be guided to create a Billing and Shipping Profile and your products will be on their way!
  • You can go directly to our Store and add any products from the following sections: Weight Loss, Nutrition, Health, Performance and Accessories.  You will then utilize the same directions from the first bullet above.

 

How does dotFIT Shipping work?

For your first order (or any one-time/retail order), there is a minimum of $80.00 to qualify for free shipping.  If you would like to set up a product or products to ship on a recurring basis while you are placing this or any one-time/retail order (please remember, shipping charges will apply if that order is under $80.00), you can do so, during the checkout process.  If later you decide that you would like a product or products to be shipped to you on a recurring basis, there is a $20.00 minimum per order to qualify for free shipping.  To take advantage of this, go to My Account and then to Recurring Orders and set up or add to /edit your existing Recurring Order.   You can also explore our Free Shipping Plan which is either $4.95 per month or $49.95 per year with no minimum purchase and free shipping on any order regardless of amount purchased!

 

How can I adjust my Recurring Order?

Click on the “Hamburger Icon” (3 horizontal lines in the top left hand side of the website) and then click on “My Account.”  There, you can click on the “Recurring” box and:

  • Change the quantity of the product
  • How often you want it to ship
  • Change the shipping date
  • Make the order Active/Inactive
  • Adjust your Shipping and Billing profile
  • When to notify you about your shipment
  • How to notify you (Email or SMS message)
  • Delete your order

How do I log my food with dotFIT?

You can log your food multiple ways, from simple quick logging, accessing favorite food, favorite meals, custom foods, reference menus and even customizing your own menu!

 

How do I know which dotFIT supplements are right for me?

When taking the time to create your program, you should have answered the Medical History Questionnaire, Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire along with a few other questions to customize your dietary support needs.  You can find your recommendation on the Summary Overview page and then click on the green “Dietary Support” button.   You can either purchase your supplements at your workout facility or directly online with dotFIT with your program.

 

How do I utilize the Workout Portal?

You have access to create various workouts that range from weight training to walking.  There are thousands of workouts to perform to assist you with your fitness goals!  Please view this short video:Utilizing the Workout Portal

 

How do I track my measurements?

Within the dotFIT program, you can track your weight, bodyfat and circumference measurements.  Please view this short video: How to track your Measurements

 

Is there a place to help me with recipes, fitness articles an frequently asked fitness questions?

Yes!  Please click on the “Learn” tab (either at the top of the screen when viewing on a PC or under the “Hamburger Icon” on the left hand side of the screen).  You will find countless fitness tips to assist you with your fitness goals.  Also, notice the “Search” icon (magnifying glass) in the top right hand corner to type key words and the data base will auto-populate from there to make your search even easier!

 

Can I change goal in my fitness program?

Absolutely!  On your Summary Overview, just click on the blue “+” circle in the lower right hand corner.  There, you will see the option to select “New Program.”  After clicking that, you can choose your goal and then go through the 5 minute questionnaire (all your previous answers have been saved) to re-do your program!
