Playspan Getting Started

• Once the member is successfully added, click the members name and then Click Screener at the top of the screen

• Go through the supplement screener questionnaire with the member 
• View recommended Playspan bundle and click Add Bundle to Cart

• Click the cart icon in the upper right hand corner and click Checkout at the bottom of the screen
• Enter shipping information

• Either click Add New to enter a billing profile to add the member's credit card information or select Swipe a New Card if using the Square device

• If using a Square device, plug the Square device firmly into your audio jack or use your lightning adapter (Apple iPhone only), review order and click Proceed With Square. 
• ​It will automatically authorize the Square device to dotFIT. 
• You will also be prompted to enable your location. Please enable your location. Square requires it for security purposes.

NOTE: If you already have members in your dotFIT trainer account, they will automatically be shown when you log into the Playspan app. You can select a member and use the app to purchase any dotFIT products they may need at any time.
